About Us
Alliance Development's partners, Andy Dumke and Fred Jacques, have been involved in real estate since 1993. They joined forces in 2003 under the Alliance Development name and established the firm's locations in Appleton and Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
The first commercial project was located in Beaver Dam. Since that time, we have developed more than 40 commercial sites in cities such as Appleton, Wausau, Green Bay, Oak Creek, Sheboygan, Minneapolis, LaCrosse, West Bend and Waukesha, among many others.
Clients would say we are down-to-earth, reliable and straightforward. We would say we want to deliver the best project with the fewest obstacles for our clients.
Our approach is to identify locations that offer prime visibility, high traffic counts and destination-based appeal. This tact has helped us develop sites for several national retailers, including Starbucks Coffee, Aspen Dental, FedEx/Kinkos and TJ Maxx.
